Clifford, Cleo and T-Bone want to be in "Mac's Secret Dog Club" but when T-Bone is excluded, the club doesn't seem as great as they all thought. Mac soon realizes that having a club with only yourself as a member is not very much fun at all. / The park isn't big enough for Mr. Bleakman and Clifford so Mr. B has the law changed to exclude dogs from the park.
