Make fitness part of family fun.
Try these easy ideas for active family fun, outdoors and indoors:
- Blow bubbles for your children to catch.
- Play follow-the-leader, hopscotch, or shadow tag (try to jump on each other's shadow).
- Keep a balloon or beach ball up in the air using your feet, knees, head, and hands.
- Put on music and dance!
- Have an animal parade: hop like a frog, waddle like a duck, walk like a crab.
- Put bubble wrap on the floor. Hop and stomp to pop all the bubbles.
