It was pretty good, but also kind of intense. I wouldn`t recomend it for young children. I think Freddie Highmore did a great job playing the roles of the two totally different twins Jared and Simon.

Do not see the movie until you have read the books. The movie is really bad compared to the books. I give the movie 2 toes and the books 5 toes.

LOVE IT!! It was the best movie. I went to see it with my bestfriend a few weeks ago, and it became my favourite. It is a little like Narnia, but more creative. I am someone who likes vampires, wolfs, werwolfs, griffins, harry potter stuff, so it interested me!

This movie was "ok". I read all five books and they were AWESOME! Then I was the movie, they left book 1, 3, and 5. And 1/2 the stuff the put in the movie didn't happen. It's true when they say the book is always better.

I really liked the Spiderwick Chronicles. It didn't really follow the books, but it was still really interesting(and exciting!) I was on the edge of my seat the entire time! Freddie Highmore is also extremely talented. (He plays both Jared and Simon Grace.) I reccomend this movie to everyone! 5 toes!!

I thought this movie was really cool. When I saw the commercials, I thought it looked really cheesy, and then my dad brought me to see it and it ended up being really good! It definitely is unique.
