My Day Through Sent by Courtney, age 9 of Kettering, OH:

In the morning I get out of bed,
brush my teeth and comb my head.
Sun comes up as I get dressed,
I get my breakfast as you may have guessed.
We get in the car then we go to school,
the sun shines bright, the sun shines cool.
Say hi to my friends as Itravel the hall,
I love school so I'll have a ball.
I hang up my bookbag very quick,
Iget to class lickady split.
1+1=2
I practice my math facts the whole way through.
We do some more work then we go to lunch, we get in two lines not a big bunch.
Before you know it school is out,
so I have no reason to pout.
Ido the homework my teacher gave me,
I make it the best that it can be.
After dinner I go to sleep, and before ya know my alarm goes Beep, Beep, Beep!!!
