I really think the best way to make a new friend is by introducing your self to him/her and whenever she/he feels sad, nervous or scared of something try to make them feel happy and try to make them smile. I'm mexican and my first lenguage is spanish. When I first came to the U.S.A my first school was called Hollybrook Elementry and I needed friends and all I tried to do was be very friendly and nice to each and every and single kid in the school and now I get to talk about my experience when I needed friends.
