Make up your own dances! Anything can be an inspiration... the movements you use to make breakfast, the movements your child makes when he gets dressed or feeds the dog. Think about getting ready in the morning, for example. You wash your face and hands. You brush your teeth. You put on your top; you put on your shorts or pants. Think of one or two simple moves for each of these steps. Repeat them and put on some music. Make those moves to music. You have made up your own dance!
