The Teletubbies Everywhere segment features Laa-Laa counting eight, big and small umbrellas, and Tinky Winky and Po do an umbrella dance. The film from Taiwan shows children having fun playing with multi-colored parachutes.

In Teletubbyland, the Teletubbies come out of Home Hill. Tinky Winky and Po go left and Dipsy and Laa-Laa go right. They walk round the back, through the doors and out the front - they do it again and again and again. The film shows some children playing a game with some pieces of a filmy material. The Teletubbies dance a stamping and stepping dance.
