First gather a few things:
skillet or waffle iron
pancake turner
2 bowls
measuring cups and spoons
mixing spoon
syrup, fruit, or honey
3 cups whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and add milk and oil. Pour the liquid into the dry mixture and mix with a large spoon until moistened. Cook the waffles on a heated waffle iron or the pancakes on a griddle.
