Focus on the importance of caring for the Earth every day. Students will think of positive contributions they can make to their community, and form a plan for a community garden.

LESSON: GIVE ME A LITTLE SIGN

Discuss different methods of communication including American Sign Language (ASL). Students will learn basic signs in ASL and learn to finger spell their names.
