Raised in south central Los Angeles, Jerod Mixon's acting career started when he was featured in the first Deion Sanders Nike commercial. Since then, he has appeared in several films including Me, Myself and Irene, Old School, and The New Guy. Committed to serving as a positive role model for underprivileged and terminally ill children, Jerod visits various schools and community events throughout the year.
