This smoothie will be sure to quench your thirst. Mango, pineapple, coconut - so tropical and tasty!

- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 over-ripe banana, thickly sliced
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup lightly toasted walnuts
Combine all the ingredients in the jar of a blender, and puree until smooth. Divide evenly between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
