Berry Boost Smoothie
Smoothies are easy to make and very refreshing. Fruit in this recipe can be substituted, but this is a very yummy combination!
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- ½ over-ripe banana, cut into chunks
- ¾ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
Combine the water, yogurt, and banana in the jar of a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour.
