Traditional Tuna Salad


Here is a recipe for a favorite lunchtime sandwich with options to spice it up!


• 2 (6 ounce) cans white tuna packed in water, drained well
• 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard


1. Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until just combined. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
