"When I chased this boy named Brandon because boys are supposed to be chasing girls!!!"
--Kim, 8

"Like in the first week of 8th grade, I had just gotten out of gym class and was going to English class. I had to stand up and give a small report in front of the whole class. After I sat down, a girl who didn't like me (but now is a friend) said, 'Why are you wearing two different shoes?' It turns out I was wearing one gym shoe and one normal shoe. My face was so red. The whole class laughed in my face. I died."
--Caitlin

"One day in swimming class I was running late because I had to run all the way back to my locker to get my makeup. When I changed into my suit and took a shower before getting into the pool, I forgot to take my underwear off! I walked into the pool area with my underwear on. Luckily nobody saw! I ran back, and had to go through the rest of the day with wet underwear! Using the blow dryer didn't work! It was really funny though."
--Sara

"We were working on a project and we had 2 go 2 the library and could sit where ever we wanted and no one sat with me. I felt like such a geek!"
--Emily

"Well, One time as I was walking to my next class, when one of my ex-best friends stuck her foot out and I tripped over it and my crush saw me. I didn't talk for the whole day!"
--Rebecca, 11

"My worst day was when I was being random and in front of everybody at lunch I blurted out, 'Purple Elephants!' for no reason. I had to hide in the girls' bathroom for the rest of lunch because I was so embarrassed. Then, when I went back to class, everybody laughed at me!"
--Katri, 13

"This happened so long ago…I was at the school assembly outside and near the stage was a small hill. The principal asked kids to come and sing something so I went. After all the kids ran down the stage I TRIPPED AND FELL IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY! I don't think any 1 saw that…I HOPE!"
--Anonymous, 12

"I was in sixth grade in math class and my teacher was using the overhead to show us a word problem. I sat towards the middle row, and I could not see the overhead because I had 20/50 vision. The teacher called on me to read the problem out loud. I said, 'I can't see it' so my teacher told me to go where I could see it. So I had to get up in front of everybody with all of them staring at me, and I had to stand a few inches from the overhead screen just so I could read it. After that my teacher moved me up to the front row right by the overhead screen."
--Mandy, 12

"The worst day of school was when my teacher said she liked me and that I was one of the people in class. But on the week to end school she was ok. Now I am in 5th."
--Molly, 11

"The worst day of school I ever had was when I was in the 3rd grade. We were singing a song and I closed my eyes and started to sing with them, and they stopped because I was singing so loud, and when I opened my eyes I saw everyone was looking at me. How so embarrassing!"
--Leah, 12

"My worst day of school was when on the bus I could not find anywhere to sit and the bus driver made me sit with two mean girls! And then later on I had to be partners with the grossest boy in school and he likes to be a cheerleader but he is a boy!"
--Alison, 8

"This happened 2 years ago when I was in 4th grade. It was a rainy day and water was practically pouring down on our school and I forgot my jacket at home. As I walked toward my classroom I remembered there was a quiz that day and I hadn't studied at all (luckily I got a B-)! When lunch came around it wasn't raining anymore. So our principal said we could eat outside. My friends were in another class and they went to lunch earlier. So when I got out of the classroom I sprinted to the lunch table. Stupidly I forgot my wallet in my backpack and so I went back to get it. Well on my way there, I tripped on my shoelace and fell right into a huge grimy puddle. The dirty water was running down my face and I was soaked. My teacher was still in the classroom when I came in and she totally freaked out when she saw me. She rushed me to the nurse's office so I could dry off and change into their dorky school outfit. Our school mascot was a pelican so I had to wear a huge sweater with a pelican on the back!"
--Karen, 11

"My worst day of school was when my close friends back-stabbed me."
--Magan, 12

I tried to pull her away, but she was crying really hard. I stayed like that for five minutes until her teacher pulled her away. I went to my class and I was late! We were having a really mean supply teacher and she yelled at me. I tried to explain what happened, but she wouldn't listen. She held a grudge against me for the rest of the week."

--Jessica, 8

"I have 2. The first one was when I didn't feel good, but my mom made me go to school! Every time I stood up at recess my stomach hurt, so I kept sitting down. Then we went in to go to Social Studies. All of the sudden, I barfed all over my desk, my report, and some of my supplies! I was sent to the nurse, and I went home. The second is when I got hit in the head with a basketball. I was talking to this boy, and he was asking me out! He said, 'Do you want to go on a date?' Then, I got hit in the head and I was sent to the nurse! I was so embarrassed! The next day the guy still wanted to go out with me! That really cheered me up! And now we're boyfriend and girlfriend!"

So I said, 'You two are so dunse!' They asked me, 'What does that mean?' And I had no idea what dunse meant. They got a group of boys to laugh at me! "The worst day of school for me was the day before my birthday. I had sprained my ankle earlier that month at science camp (don't ask), and it was the first day I was off of crutches -- finally! When I was on crutches, of course, I wouldn't have to walk to home. My friend's mom would come and pick her and I up. So it was after school, and I was waiting with for my friend so we could walk home. I see her and she says sarcastically, 'Why don't you sprain your other ankle, so we don't have to walk home!" and of course I laughed. Two minutes later, I was running to catch a ball this kid threw up in the air, and I tripped. Need I say more? CRACK! I had sprained my OTHER ankle. So the next day everyone made fun of me...on my birthday!"
