"Ok here is what you do. First you go to red cross and take 2 classes: one for babysitting and the other for pet sitting. Then you make flyers and hand them out. With the pet sitting you can also do dog walking and washing. You can also do the dishes or clean up, whatever the client wants, but you have to charge for everything extra you do. If your neighbor has 2 houses (like mine) then you ask them while they are gone if they would pay them to water your plants and stuff like that. That made me like 400 dollars a month! Once you get to 11-12 you will be the legal age to start babysitting. I dog sit for people in my neighborhood. There are a lot of dogs so I get a lot of business. I walk and bathe dogs for elderly people, and take care of dogs while owners go on vacation. I make a lot of money that way. I usually earn about 100 dollars a week because I get a lot of business. I advertise by making flyers and hanging them on telephone poles, my parents put ads in our church's bulletin, and my parents talk to their friends to get the word out.
