well, i spend a lot of time at the gym. i bench 350 squat almost 450 and i do 3 sets of 75 bench presses 8 sets of 25 squats, 8 sets of 75 military push-ups, and nine sets of 75 plyometric push-ups (if any of you throw discus and shot-put you may know what those are and)i do 6 sets of 25 curls with 90 pounds, i run 16 miles and do over 23 wind psrints, this is just one day out of five i do this so thats exactly i hour of running one hour of lifting one hour of sprinting and one hour of body weight exercises i'm proud of myself
I'm a dancer, I do ballet, tap, and modern dance. Each class is an hour and a half so I get about 270 minutes of dance a day. I also do things like swimming and jumping on my trampoline to make sure I'm exercising different muscles. I am having a hard time finding exercises in the arms though..any help?
I don't exersize. :l I don't have the energy. i sit in my friends house and play his video games. ;D

DCbound, you're right, it is a gigantic help to help wear off some stress.
I Run 2-4 miles every day, i lift dumbells every day and i dance everyday and i do workout routines 5 days a week and i go spinning on mondays and thursdays
RamonaGirl- I love yoga it is a great stress reliver
I play rugby with my mates everyday, and I have practice every other weekday and games Saturday and Sunday. When it's warm, pretty much everyone from our school goes down to the beach and we swim and do water sports. I also play Aussie Rules Football, football (soccer), and basketball.
I really don't have any exercise time except PE but PE has made me run a lot better than before.
I love yoga. I do this kind that I learned in gym where you put your legs behind your head laying down anytime I feel like it in my room.
almost every day I'll turn on the music and dance. I'll dance so much my legs hurt. Sometimes I'll jump.Jumping uses a lot of muscles in your legs so that defiantly helps. At school We have recess and gym so that's more time.Also if you go to the park or play with fr fiends or pets like I do that also helps exersize.
I dont exersize because I like my chubby body.I can eat what I want when I want it.
Random ninja, you are 12 and weigh less than 67 pounds! That isn't healthy, my mom and dad are doctors so they would say that too, you need to gain some weight, please! Also, I go to gymnastics 4 times a week for 3 hours, I have lots of muscle and very little fat, I am skinny but I always eat organic,and healthy foods, so I guess I'm very healthy. I'm 11 and weigh 78 lb.'s, which is kind of small, but I HAVE STRENGTH!! Especially from doing gymnastics. ;)

Honestly,I have abs now.....and I'm female,I hardly had a lollipop last year.I usually run 2 miles in the morning,2 miles in the afternoon,and on Thursday's (For Girls On The Run),I run 6 miles.And I go to my Rock Climbing Center everyday.
