The wummox lives in its secret hole which is hidden by leaves and branches. Using his strong foot he can climb out of his hole and he eats the tree bark growing in the near by forest. He gets water when it drips into his hole. His den is a safe place to raise babies and he uses his unusual eyes to peer out of the hole and look for enimes.
