The big hole in the tree where the sneeloph lives and breeds, and underground are all the grubs and squirmy insects for it to dig up and eat. Ice from the moutain gets melted, making a river and the sneeloph drinks water from the river. The trees with sharp leaves help protect the sneeloph, and the sneeloph uses its claws to protect itself from the leaves, even though it has tough skin.
