All “kid inventors” must be ages 6 to 12. Participants will be contacted only if their video is selected for CYBERCHASE. All submissions cannot be returned and become the property of CYBERCHASE. All submissions will be eligible for inclusion in all CYBERCHASE media. This means we can share your ideas with other viewers on TV, the Web, in print materials, and in other ways. Each “kid inventor” may submit no more than 5 videos.

Submissions must be received by October 20th, 2006. Sorry, but submissions received after this date cannot be considered.

Download the Entry Form, fill it out, and include it with your home video.
Include a completed release form for everyone in your video. The “Kid Inventor” and parent or guardian should complete a Material Submission Agreement and Release. If there’s anyone else in the video, they should complete a Standard Appearance Release either for Kids or Adults. Remember, kids must have their parent or guardian sign their form.
Label your tape or disc with your name, contact info, and the name of your invention.
