Answer today's piece of Pal trivia to find him and get a chance to win a DVD of Arthur's new movie: Arthur's Missing Pal. (Check out the official rules before playing.) One winner will be chosen for each day!
Then catch the movie on August 18 when it airs on PBS KIDS GO! (Check local listings or the TV schedule for exact dates and times in your area.)
Get stumped? The answers to all five Pal trivia questions will be posted to the ARTHUR Web site on August 22 so you can continue to hone your ARTHUR trivia skills!

The Contest:
As part of a promotion for the "Arthur's Missing Pal" premiere on August 18th, from August 14-18, a different Pal-related trivia question will appear on the site each day. Kids who answer the question correctly will be entered into a daily drawing to win a DVD of the new ARTHUR movie. When the stunt is over, the winners will be posted to the site (per privacy guidelines), along with the answers to the five trivia questions. Winners will be officially notified by E-mail.
This Contest is being sponsored by the WGBH Educational Foundation, 125 Western Ave., Boston, MA 02135 ("WGBH")
How to Enter:- No purchase necessary to enter or win. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
- To enter, log onto the Arthur web site at pbskidsgo.org/arthur from August 14-18 and play the "Arthur's Missing Pal" trivia game. If you get the correct answer and find "Pal" you will be asked for your first name and E-mail address so that you can be notified if you are a winner. You must read these Official Rules and complete all required data on the entry form in order for your entry to be valid. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part incomplete, counterfeit, or obtained through fraud or theft.
- Anyone may enter once per day, but you will be eligible to win only one time. All duplicate entries within the same day will be disqualified.
- Employees of WGBH, PBS, or its member stations and any corporate sponsors of ARTHUR and their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter the Contest.
- The Contest is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
- The five winners (one for each day during August 14-18) will receive a DVD copy of "Arthur's Missing Pal."
- The approximate retail value of the prize is $19.98.
How the Prize will be Awarded:
Every correct answer is eligible to win, and one winner per day will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible submissions received each day from August 14 - 18.
Each winner will be notified by E-mail on or about August 21, 2006, and required to print, fill out your personal information on, and mail as directed by regular United States Postal Service mail, a form attached to the winner-notification E-mail (the "Form") in order to receive the Prize. In the event that the Form is not received within ten (10) days from your receipt of the winner-notification E-mail, another winner shall be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible submissions received that same day. The Prize (in whole or in part) may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash.
In the event that a winner declines a prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, or otherwise forfeits his or her prize, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Conditions of Acceptance of the Prize:
Prizes are awarded with no warranty or guarantee express or implied. WGBH disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party product or service provided to the winner.
The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules; winner may be subject to other verification and eligibility requirements. If winner fails to provide proof of identity, is found to have violated these Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner chosen in accordance with the procedures set forth above.
Entrants understand that WGBH is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Contest and acceptance, possession and use of prize. Decisions of WGBH with respect to the Contest are final and binding in all respects.
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges that may apply are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

WGBH assumes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, damaged, or lost due to any reason.
Disqualification:
WGBH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. WGBH further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Contest if not capable of completion as planned, including due to force majeure, or any other causes beyond WGBH's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
Information collected in or in connection with the Contest will not be used for any purpose other than winner notification.
Release and Indemnity:
By participating in the Contest, entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless any and all claims against WGBH, from and against all liability for any injury, including but not limited to personal injury, bodily injury (including without limitation wrongful death or disability), property damage, or loss or damage of any other kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from delivery, non-delivery, acceptance, participation or use of a prize, or from participation in this Contest, or any Contest-related activity, whether or not such injury, loss or damage arises in whole or in part from the negligence of WGBH, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents and any and all Internet servers and access providers from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the Contest.
Entrant further agrees that s/he shall pay and indemnify and hold WGBH and its grantors, officers, trustees, assignees, agents, licensees, and employees harmless from and against all claims, losses, costs, expenses, settlements, demands and liabilities of every kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, arising out of or incurred by reason of the use of the name submitted with the entry or the inaccuracy, alleged breach, or actual breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement, or undertaking entrant has made herein.

Winners' first names, and city/town of residence will also be posted on the FAQ pages of the Arthur Web site after October 16, 2006.
