When it's time to go to sleep

When it's time to go to sleep,

I keep my light on so I can peep

At all the things that happen at night

The stuff that happens out of my sight.



I leave the light on

I open the door

I cover myself

With a blanket and more,



All my friends want to play

In my dreams when I sleep,

All my favorite songs sing

In my head when I sleep,

All my stories replay

In my head when I sleep,

All my stuffed animals jump

In my bed when I sleep.



When it's time to go to sleep,

I don't look under my bed anytime.

I keep the light real bright 

so I can sleep at night time.
