The Seasons
by Jessi

Every night a frost comes,
Chilling up the air,
And all I can see is fallen leaves,
Scattered everywhere.
It's Fall!

Snow comes down upon my head,
And it's all over the trees.
Of course if you live in the city,
You don't get to have this bliss,
But country folk like me;
Get to see the snow you see, see, see.
It's Winter!

The flowers are slowly blooming,
Sprinkling the world with color.
It's great to see, but listen to me
Not all flowers are good to eat!
It's Spring!

It's hot and sticky,
Somtimes humid,
I run and fall to the ground.
I stay bare foot,
No shoes today.
It's Summer!
