Spring Has Sprung
by Alessandra

Spring has sprung,
Flowers bloom,
The smell fills my whole room,
No more cocoa or gingerbread,
Thoughts of summer fill my head,
Ice cream flavors,
Popsicles too,
I think it's dripping on my shoe,
Cherry,
Chocolate,
Lemon,
Lime,
Now I'll go swimming all the time,
The snow is gone,
The icicles, melted,
And at last,
Spring has sprung!
